Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FJEDI LTDA("Company", "we", "us"), the controller of personal data, collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you use the Crypto Screener platform at https://cryptoscreener.appand related applications (the "Service").

We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where applicable to users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

1. Data We Collect

Account data

• e-mail address, display name and avatar;
• when you sign in through a third-party provider (Telegram, GitHub, Google, VK, Yandex, Mail.ru), we receive the basic profile information that provider shares: your identifier with that provider, name, e-mail address and profile picture. We never receive your password for those services.

Subscription and payment data

• your plan, subscription status and payment history. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we receive transaction confirmations but do not collect or store full payment card details;
• if you participate in the commission-rebate / referral program — the exchange account identifier (UID) you submit for that purpose.

Usage and technical data

• settings you configure in the Service (filters, alerts, watchlists, interface preferences);
• IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and actions in the interface;
• analytics events collected via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and PostHog (product analytics);
• support conversations if you contact us via the in-app chat (Chatwoot) or Telegram;
• when you use the CryptoScreener Assistant — your prompts, the Assistant's responses, relevant page context, tool results needed to answer the request, and any rating or optional feedback you submit;
• push-notification token, if you enable browser push notifications (OneSignal).

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

• Providing the Service (account, subscriptions, alerts, watchlist sync, support) — performance of a contract (LGPD art. 7 V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b));
• Payments and accounting — performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (LGPD art. 7 II; GDPR art. 6(1)(c));
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention (including trial-abuse detection) — legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7 IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f));
• Product analytics and service improvement — legitimate interest and, where required for non-essential cookies, your consent (LGPD art. 7 I/IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)/(f));
• Operating and improving the CryptoScreener Assistant — performance of the Service you request and our legitimate interest in quality assurance, abuse prevention and correcting unreliable answers;
• Notifications and announcements (e-mail, Telegram, push) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Data Received from Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we request only basic profile information (name, e-mail address, profile picture) to create and operate your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• processors that help us run the Service: hosting and CDN providers (including Cloudflare), payment providers, analytics vendors (Google, Yandex Metrica, PostHog), support tooling (Chatwoot), push notifications (OneSignal), error monitoring, and OpenRouter and the model provider selected for processing CryptoScreener Assistant requests — each bound to process data for the specified service purpose;
• third-party services you connect yourself — e.g. TradingView watchlist synchronization or a Telegram bot for alerts;
• authorities, when required by applicable law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Service;
• a successor entity in case of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this Policy.

5. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and processors may be located outside your country, including outside Brazil and the EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards permitted by the LGPD (arts. 33–36) and the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses or transfers to countries with adequate protection).

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. After account deletion we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except data we must retain to comply with legal obligations (e.g. payment and tax records), to resolve disputes or to enforce agreements. Analytics data is retained for the periods configured with the respective vendors.

CryptoScreener Assistant history mirrored by our servers is retained for up to 30 days. Assistant ratings and the associated question, answer and optional comment are retained in a size-bounded feedback store for up to 30 days for quality review. Full dialog content is not written to our operational application logs. A browser may keep a local copy of Assistant history for up to 30 days; clearing the chat, signing out, or removing browser storage deletes it sooner.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, isolation of production systems, and the principle of least privilege for staff access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve our safeguards.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Essential — session/authentication, language (i18next) and theme preferences. Required for the Service to function;
• Analytics — Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, PostHog, used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Service. Where the law requires, analytics cookies are used based on your consent.

9. Your Rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• request deletion or anonymization of data processed with your consent or unnecessary data;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• know with whom we share your data;
• withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing);
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or your local supervisory authority.

10. Push Notifications and Messages

Browser push notifications (OneSignal) and Telegram notifications are optional and sent only if you enable them. You can disable push notifications in your browser or device settings, and stop Telegram notifications by blocking or muting the bot.

11. Children

The Service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version with its effective date is always available at https://cryptoscreener.app/privacy-policy. Material changes will be announced in the Service or via our official channels.
